**Determination of “Urgent” is at the client’s discretion.

Ad Hoc Updates

Updates are defined as work initiated and requested by clients independently or on the recommendation of Digital Bridge. Billing for this work will be invoiced on completion and payment is required within 30 days.

Any other faults that develop with your site will be researched and rectified as soon as possible. If these faults mean that your site is not appearing or essential elements e.g. Databases, contact forms etc. are not working, please ensure Digital Bridge is made aware of this as soon as possible. Faults originating within Digital Bridge, its equipment or its hosting network will be rectified at no charge to you.

Maintenance/Redevelopment/Upgrading/Search Engine Optimisation

This work will always require scoping and quoting as an individual project. Pricing may be affected by client imposed deadlines.

Website Hosting

Issues with hosting, email addresses or website management tools e.g. Site statistics, should be reported to Digital Bridge as soon as possible.

Options

Faster turnaround times or constant updating workloads can be achieved through a prepaid and priority priced Service Level Agreement.

Pre-paid Service Level Agreements may attract a discount, subject to overall requirements.
